  2. Fill Out Required Forms:
    During the booking process, you’ll complete all necessary consent and intake forms directly online.
    ➤ These forms must be submitted before your appointment can be confirmed.

  3. Add a Card on File:
    A current debit or credit card is required to reserve your spot.
    ➤ Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless a cancellation or no-show occurs per policy.
    ➤ This protects your reserved time and ensures a smooth check-in process.

  4. Confirm Your Appointment:
    Once your forms and card are on file, you’ll receive a confirmation email and text reminder.
    ➤ You’re all set — no need to log in again unless you’re making changes or booking future visits!
